Product Migration Options

Customers are encouraged to migrate to the Cisco uBR10012 DOCSIS Timing, Communication, and Control Card with DTI Client. Information about this product can be found at: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/interfaces_modules/cable/installation/dtcccard.html.
The migration from Cisco uBR10012 DOCSIS Timing, Communication, and Control Card without DTI Client to the enhanced Cisco DOCSIS Timing, Communication, and Control Card with DTI Client enables optimized modular-CMTS deployment. Together with a DOCSIS Timing Interface (DTI) Server, Cisco DOCSIS Timing, Communication, and Control Card with DTI Client improves downstream channel bonding deployment flexibility and throughput by eliminating the need to dedicate a CMTS RF linecard downstream channel for DOCSIS timing information exclusively, and by allowing the Cisco DOCSIS 3.0 Downstream Channel Bonding SPA (SPA-24XDS-SFP) to provide coexisting non-channel bonding and channel bonding services.
Customers can use the Cisco Technology Migration Plan (TMP) to trade in products and receive credit toward the purchase of new Cisco equipment. For more information about Cisco TMP, go to: http://www.cisco.com/go/tradein/. The Cisco TMP application requires all users to have a Cisco.com user ID.
