Cisco announces a change in product part numbers for the Select Cisco Software Applications. This is a product part number change only announcement. Customers will experience no change in functionality when using the new product part numbers. The new product part numbers are designed to simplify the customer ordering process. The last day to order the affected product using the current product part numbers is October 19, 2013. Customers will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) until otherwise specified in the end-of-life announcement for the new product part numbers. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the affected product(s). Table 2 lists the product part numbers affected by this announcement.

The date the document that announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life of a product is distributed to the general public.

July 20, 2013

End-of-Sale Date

The last date to order the product through Cisco point-of-sale mechanisms. The product is no longer for sale after this date.

The last-possible ship date that can be requested of Cisco and/or its contract manufacturers. Actual ship date is dependent on lead time.
