Cisco Systems ® announces the end-of-sale dates for the Cisco ® Mid-Market IP Communications (IPC) Server Bundle promotion. The Cisco Mid-Market IPC Server Bundle promotion started on September 19, 2003 and was effective through June 30, 2004. These bundles were offered to help enable cost-effective mid-market IP Communications solutions that included Cisco CallManager and Cisco Unity™ Voice Mail, while easing the transition for Cisco ICS 7750 customers during the end-of-sale process. The Cisco Mid-Market IPC Server Bundle promotion will now be extended through December 2004. The last day to order the Cisco Mid-Market IPC Server Bundle promotion is December 31, 2004. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the Cisco Mid-Market IPC Server Bundle promotion. Table 2 lists the product numbers affected by this announcement.

The last date to receive service and support for the product. After this date, all support services for the product are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete.

Support is provided as part of the bundle's individual component standard services and support contracts
