Cisco is pleased to introduce the new Cisco ® ME 3400E Series Ethernet Access Switches, the next-generation, customer-located equipment (CLE) built especially for delivering advanced business VPN services. Their design is based on the widely successful Cisco ME 3400 Series and offers enhanced features and flexibility. With service-provider-friendly hardware and mission-specific software, the Cisco ME 3400E Series is optimized for Ethernet-to-the-business (ETTB) VPN services. It provides a comprehensive access solution for Carrier Ethernet business services, delivering availability, flexibility, manageability, and security. The Cisco ME 3400E Series supports multiple software feature images to provide a "pay-as-you-grow" deployment model.
