Overview

On behalf of Sentryo, Cisco Systems announces End-Of-Life milestones for the Sentryo products listed in Table 2 (Product Part Numbers Affected By this Announcement). Cisco Customers that maintain active service contracts through the end-of-life period will continue to receive support for these products from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) in accordance with Table 1 (End-Of-Life milestones and dates for Sentryo). Please note that customers must upgrade to Cyber Vision 4.1 when it becomes available to obtain support for Cyber Vision until April 15, 2025. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the affected product(s).

1. Software bugfix support requires that a current and fully paid support contract be maintained by Customer, covering the Cisco Products, and requires that customers upgrade the software to the most current major release (Cyber Vision 4.1).
2. The End of support date for hardware is based of the warranty terms of the customers contracts.
