The End-of-Sale date for Cisco
® 7200 NPE-300 and C7200-I/O-FE was December 31, 2001. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) until December 31, 2006.
Table 1 describes the End-of-Life milestones, definitions, and dates for the NPE-300 and C7200-I/O-FE. Table 2 lists the product numbers affected by this notice and the associated replacement product numbers.
End of software support for NPE-300 and C7200-I/O-FE is as follows:
• End of software support pertains to all major release trains that were shipping at the time of product end of sale which include 12.1E, 12.0S, and 12.2T (refer to Table 1 for details).
• As an exception, bug fixes will be provided in 12.3 Mainline for 36 months after product end-of-sale date (December 31, 2001).

End of bug fixes, patches, or regular maintenance releases. After this date, Cisco Engineering will no longer develop, repair, or maintain NPE-300 or C7200-I/O-FE. Product is removed from test beds. Cisco TAC continues to support P1 and P2 issues for NPE-300 and C7200-I/O-FE with workaround and patches where available. Customers need to upgrade to recommended release or hardware where no work-around exists. Software support ends in: 12.2(15)T, 12.0(29)S, 12.1(19)E, and 12.3(10b).

End of service contract renewal date
