RWAN customers are encouraged to migrate to a future release of an appropriate bundle. If RWAN is already being used with a second bundle, no migration may be needed. CiscoWorks RME and CiscoView components in CiscoWorks RWAN are included in several other Cisco solutions so customers using these products have additional migration options. 1Future releases of CiscoWorks IPM technologies will be part of the CiscoWorks LMS bundle. Information about options for CiscoWorks RWAN customers wanting to move to LMS will be published at that time. RWAN customers already using LMS will not need to migrate.
2New technology for managing router access lists is being added to future releases of CiscoWorks VMS. CiscoWorks RWAN customers should continue to use Access Control List Manager (ACLM) until a future version of VMS with more complete access list management is available.

A minor update kit for CiscoWorks RWAN was released on March 19, 2004 and includes patches, bug fixes, and incremental device updates (IDUs). Customers that purchased CiscoWorks RWAN prior to March 2004 and that have current Cisco Software Application Support (SAS) contracts can request this update kit at using their service contract number. Customers that have not purchased an extended support contract can order the update kit through normal Cisco sales channels at its list price, using part number CWRW-MAR04-MR-K9.
