Product Migration Options

Customers are encouraged to migrate to the Cisco Application Networking Manager 2.0. All Cisco Application Networking Manager 1.0 and 1.1 customers are qualified for upgrade to 2.0 at no charge. Information about this product can be found at: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6904/index.html. Cisco Application Networking Manager 2.0 supports additive device class licenses in place of the upgrades for device class licenses. Only the server licenses remain version specific; device and virtual context licenses are no longer version specific. Cisco Application Networking Manager 2.0 also implements license enforcement that requires license keys. To simplify key creation and installation, customers expanding their ANM installation should order options under ANM-LICENSE-PAK or ANM-LICENSE-PAK-H for each ANM server to which they wish to add additional capability. For new installations, customers should order options under ANM-SERVER-20-K9 for each server they wish to install. For existing customers migrating from prior versions of Cisco Application Networking Manager who have not received instructions on how to obtain their license keys, please make requests via e-mail to
anm-eval@external.cisco.com with "ANM 2.0 Upgrade Key Request" in the e-mail subject line.
Customers can use the Cisco Technology Migration Plan (TMP) to trade in products and receive credit toward the purchase of new Cisco equipment. For more information about Cisco TMP, go to: http://www.cisco.com/go/tradein/. The Cisco TMP application requires all users to have a Cisco.com user ID.
Service prices for Cisco products are subject to change after the product End of Sale date.
