Cisco DX70

Business-Class HD Video

Distance is no barrier. Meet with anyone whose device supports the H.264 AVC video standard. Highly secure, reliable, and easy to use.

Integrated Collaboration with Android

The DX Series is not your traditional video system. It runs Android OS, so you can use WebEx, Jabber, IM, email, a web browser, and other Android apps you rely on. You can customize your desktop. And it can replace your IP phone.

Cisco DX80

Intuitive Touchscreen

Fully touch-based—like your smartphone—to make everything easier. If you'd like, you can plug in a USB wideband audio handset, or use a Bluetooth or USB headset, keyboard, and mouse.

Cisco DX650

Multiuser Login and Multilayer Security

You don't need an endpoint for every user -- log in to a device and access personal contact lists, call logs, and profiles. Security Enhanced Android isolates apps to protect sensitive data. And IT admins can limit device capabilities. Security Overview.

Setup and Deployment

Setup: It's quick and easy (as long as your admin has registered your DX; see below). You can configure the device yourself, and the setup assistant takes only a few minutes. View the DX80 and DX70 User Guide (PDF - 5.4 MB) to get started.

Deployment: You will need to register DX Series devices to Cisco Unified Call Manager (UCM). As the primary platform for Cisco Collaboration, UCM supports an integrated feature set and advanced capabilities. Remote users can register to UCM through Cisco AnyConnect VPN.

Connect the DX Series and a nearby PC to your LAN using built-in Ethernet ports. If you want, designate separate VLANs for the PC and phone to improve reliability of voice and data traffic. Or, you can connect it to a Wi-Fi access point using its antenna. See the DX Series Administration Guides.

Software and Licensing

The DX Series runs on Cisco's own customized version of the SE Android operating system. Out of the box, you have access to fully integrated Android apps, including WebEx and Jabber. Also, add apps from the Google Play store if your IT admin allows it.

Each user requires a User Connect License (UCL) Enhanced. Get more licensing details.
