    • The Cisco POWR tool allows Cisco customers to schedule an "online" pickup for the return of their contracted Service RMAs (Return Material Authorization).
    • The tool currently is available to customers in the United States and Canada. Soon to be a Global Tool.


    B. Step by Step Process

    1. Log in www.cisco.com/go/logistics
    2. Enter the RMA number and confirm part information
    3. Confirm pre-populated pick up details
    4. Print shipping labels
    5. Schedule a carrier pick-up (if necessary)
    6. Print shipping record or request an email notification
