  1. I need to return product from a Competitive Trade In program. How do I do that?
    Same for all theaters

    A. Criteria
    Customers participating in a Cisco Business Unit sponsored Competitive Trade In program must return product according the rules of the particular Trade In program.

    • Any Program Returns Tool should not be used for mis-shipments, over-shipments, shipment damages, or functionally defective products.
    • Item/s must be returned to Cisco's designated location within the number of days specified by the program of receiving your Trade In Event Return Information.
    • Failure to return equipment within the specified days may result in cancellation of the credit request or non-issuance of a rebate check.


    B. Step-by-Step Process

    1. Access the particular Business Unit Program Information at www.cisco-returns.com for specific instructions for each program.
    2. Follow the appropriate Trade In quote, ordering, and return procedures.
    3. Once you complete the above procedures, you will receive specific quote information, order information, return instructions, and shipping labels to return your product.

    Customers who have completed a special one-time Trade In Order with a Cisco Representative must return all Competitive Trade In product to the Cisco GPS Organization for proper auditing and disposition.

    • The Special Competitive Trade In Tool should not be used for mis-shipments, over-shipments, shipment damages, or functionally defective products.
    • Item/s must be returned to Cisco's designated location within the number of days specified by the program of receiving your One-Time Trade In Event Return Information.
    • Failure to return equipment within the specified days may result in cancellation of the credit request.


    B. Step-by-Step Process

    1. Access to the One Off Deals Desk Competitive Trade In Process can be found at www.cisco-returns.com.
    2. Follow the Product Return instructions by first requesting a Trade In form, completing the form, and then returning it back to the Program Administrator.
    3. Once you complete the above procedures, you will receive specific return instructions, and shipping labels to return your product.
    4. If you fail to return the product within the specified number of days, then your Cisco Representative will be notified and your credit request or discount may be cancelled.
