  • Web pages: Some customer-only pages
    Support: Open cases with the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and download software
  • Commerce Tools (found on Ordering homepage): Pricing Tool, Dynamic Configuration Tool, Lead Times Tool, Shipment Routing Configurator Tool, Ordering Tool, Status Tool, Order Extract Tool, Invoice Tool, Aged Account Summary Tool and Returns Service Orders Tool (SVO Tool)

Important Note

PICA users may only download software and access to certain commerce tools allowed by the PICA Admin. Not all PICA users will be entitled to the full suite of services listed above under Cisco.com Access.

  • Service Contract or PICA Registration Number

Commerce Tools Access

  • Cisco.com user ID
  • Account Status = Active
  • Direct Purchase agreement with Cisco (i.e., a valid PO #)
