Neohapsis joins Cisco Security Advisory Services
SAN JOSE, Calif. — On January 9, 2015, Cisco announced it completed the acquisition of Neohapsis, a privately-held security advisory company providing security services to address customers' evolving information security, risk management, and compliance challenges. Neohapsis delivers risk management, compliance, cloud, application, mobile, and infrastructure security solutions to Fortune 500 customers.
The acquisition of Neohapsis further supports Cisco's threat-centric and operationalized approach to security that reduces complexity and fragmentation while providing advanced threat protection across the entire attack continuum — before, during, and after an attack.
Jointly, we will provide world-class security advisory services and deliver comprehensive security solutions. This will help our customers overcome operational and technical security challenges, achieve a holistic view of their risks, take advantage of new business models, and define structured approaches for better protection.
