Who we are

More than a traditional HR program, FLEX is a leadership development program under our People, Policy, and Purpose organization designed for upcoming talent to FIND their passion, LEAD their career, and EXPLORE the world of potential at Cisco. FLEX offers two full-time programs. Emerging Leaders is our program for recent graduates with their Bachelor’s degree or for candidates with equivalent work experience or skills. Rising Leaders is for those who have recently graduated with a Master’s or MBA degree. FLEX provides participants with high leadership visibility and the opportunity to lead change throughout Cisco as you prepare for your career.

There are internship opportunities for both programs.

Our values

At Cisco, we're the teams that power today's tech, while transforming the tech of tomorrow. Our culture allows for innovation, creativity – and the room to take risks all while bringing our full selves to work. We believe that without diversity of thought and a dedication to equality for all, there is no moving forward. Together, the FLEX program is dedicated to growing Cisco’s HR talent, leadership, and culture as we work towards powering an inclusive future for all.

FLEX has provided me with the perfect kickstart to my career. Rotating through various functions and teams while being a member of a community of driven colleagues has afforded me a great amount of professional growth & development.
