1.       Introduction

The Smart Business Configurator for Collaboration provides two main functions:

     New Server Deployment

Create new configurations and imports the data into Unified CM & Unity Connection. The initial templates are read from a directory when the program starts which allows the user to make changes to the base configuration.

The program can save a new configuration as a package file in a local folder, which can be imported when the user is connected to their network.  The program can also update the servers in real-time if the user is already connected to the proper network.

     Modify Server Deployments

Modify the configuration data from a local package file or export the information from UC servers in real-time.  This functionality provides the capability to modify the package either online or offline.  The updated configurations can be imported into CUCM & CUC in real-time or later when the user is connected.
