Unified CCE Administration Client VM configurations are deployed using the following OVA templates:

Unified CCE Live Data Server VM configurations are deployed using OVA template UCCELD_12.5_VOS_vmv13_v1.0.ova.

Unified CCE Identity Service (IdS) Server VM configurations are deployed using OVA template IDS_12.5.1_VOS_vmv13_v1.0.ova.

All other Unified CCE VM configurations are deployed using OVA template UCCE_12.5_Win2016_vmv13.ova.

Unified Intelligent Contact Management Enterprise (ICME) Router Virtual Machine configuration sized for the capacity limits shown below.

Capacity Limits for ICME is 28,800 Agents (115 cps).

Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (CCE) Medium Peripheral Gateway (PG) Virtual Machine configuration sized for a maximum capacity of 2,000 active agents and 7 All Events Clients. This OVA must be used for the following PGs in a Virtual Machine configuration.

Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (CCE) Large Peripheral Gateway (PG) Virtual Machine configuration sized for a maximum capacity of 2,000 active agents and 20 All Events Clients. This OVA must be used for the following PGs in a Virtual Machine configuration.

Notes on VM vDisk Configuration for Databases (top)

This Virtual Machine Template does not automatically provision the required application database virtual disk drive. Refer to the Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Installation and Upgrade Guide and the Configuration Guide for Cisco Unified ICM/Contact Center Enterprise, for instructions on database drive creation post-VM template deployment.
