Accessing SCLP Resources
Gaining Partner-Level Access for SCLP members
To access certain web resources under this programme and in our Cisco website, consultants must first register for a guest-level Cisco ID. Simply follow the steps below to obtain your Cisco partner-level access.
If you have a Cisco.com User ID :
Step 1: Send email
Send an email to Amanda Tay at amtay@cisco.com providing your Cisco ID and contact particulars as stated in your Cisco ID application.
Step 2: Receive Notification email
An email will be sent to you shortly, informing you of the change in your Cisco ID status from guest-level to partner-level access.
Step 1 : Register Click here to register for a Cisco.com User ID. Under the section 'Register for Additional Access', do not check any box.
Step 2 : Confirm
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Click on the embedded link in the e-mail to confirm your registration online.
Step 3: Send email

Step 4: Receive Notification email

John W. Pirc. As Product Manager for Cisco’s IPS product line, John is responsible for the blades and modules that comprise Cisco’s extensive IPS product portfolio. He also contributes to product roadmap and product definition for both hardware and sensor software. John has more than 10 years of information security experience in secure network issues for the US Intelligence and DoD Communities, as well as commercial organizations worldwide. About the Speaker:
Pete Davis has been working with computers and networks since he was able to walk. By age 15, he was one of the youngest professional Network Engineers and one of the first employees at an Internet Service Provider. Pete implemented and maintained the systems and networks behind New England's largest consumer Internet Service Provider, TIAC (The Internet Access Company). In 1997, Pete joined Shiva Corporation as Product Specialist. Since 1998, Pete has been with Altiga Networks, a VPN Concentrator manufacturer in Franklin, MA., that was acquired by Cisco on March 29, 2000. As Product Line Manager in Cisco, Pete is responsible for driving new VPN-related products and features.

About the Speaker:
Cecil Christie (Director, Marketing, Cisco Systems, USA)
Currently engaged in defining security initiatives on Catalyst switches as Director - part of Cisco's Security Technology Group CTO office. Cecil has been with Cisco for 11 years during which he was Product Manager for ATM Switches in the mid-1990s, then Product Line Manager for ATM and Catalyst 8500 switches up to 1998. After which, he led Cisco's Content Networking marketing initiatives in the late 1990s. He was also involved in the early work on Service Provider Metro Ethernet network product development. Prior to his latest engagement, in the early 2000s, he was Director of Product Management for Optical Metro Ethernet products. His qualifications also include Cisco CCIE # 1501 and MSEE/CS University Maryland .
