Below is the overview of the changes to the SVO Submit Tool, which will be implemented on June 10, 2006.  To launch the overview of the changes to the SVO Submit Tool, please do the following:

For All Users:

Step 1: Download the overview (zip file)

Step 2: Once you have downloaded the zip file, extract ALL of the files in the zip file to the same location. 

Step 3: Navigate to the location on your computer that contains all of the files and double click on the index.htm file to launch the overview.  The file should open as a Macromedia Breeze Presentation.

If you do not have a Flash Player installed, you can go to the Adobe website to download the latest Flash Player.

Important Note:  If you are unable to view the index.htm file, please double check to ensure that all of the files in the zip were extracted and not just the index.htm file.  In order to successfully launch the index.htm file, the supporting files in the zip must be extracted.
